What this software does

It helps you measure from drawings and build an estimate. It does not verify your numbers, your drawings, or your prices.

Estimates are yours

Every quantity, rate and total here follows from what you entered and what you accepted. Automated measurement proposes; you decide. Check the output against the drawings before a number reaches a client.

Template pricing is illustrative

Rates in the built-in templates are representative figures for structuring an estimate, not current market prices for your area. Reprice against your own suppliers before use.

No warranty

Provided as-is. No uptime commitment, no backup, no support obligation, and no liability for losses arising from use — including a job priced wrong.

Your data, your responsibility

Because everything is stored in your browser, keeping a copy is up to you. Export a CSV of anything you cannot afford to lose.
