What happens at the end of the trial?
What happens at the end of the trial?
The account stops accepting new work and everything you built stays where it is. Add a card and it picks up exactly where you left off. Nothing is deleted for 90 days.
Why does paying monthly cost more?
Because you are keeping the freedom to stop. Monthly is $169.15, $339.15 and $509.15 and you can cancel any month. Paying a year up front is a commitment, and the 15% is what you are paid for making it. Switch to yearly whenever you like.
Can I cancel a monthly plan whenever I want?
Yes. Cancel any month and the account runs to the end of the cycle you have paid for, then stops. Nothing further is charged. Only the yearly option is a commitment, and that one is a full twelve months billed up front.
How many users do I get?
Two on Foundation, five on Pro, and no limit on Master. Everyone gets their own login rather than sharing one — two people in the same estimate at the same time is how work gets overwritten. Different people on different jobs at once is fine.
Which plan has scheduling?
Pro and Master. Foundation covers everything up to and including the quote and cost tracking; scheduling and variations start at Pro.
Can I import my existing price list?
Yes — CSV. A direct connection to supplier price feeds is planned, not built, so a spreadsheet is the way in today.
What if I want out?
On monthly, cancel and it stops at the end of the cycle. On yearly, the term runs its twelve months and then renews only if you let it. Either way the data is yours: export jobs, estimates and cost data as CSV whenever you like, including after you leave.
One job priced right covers the year.
A $330,000 job that drifts four points of margin costs you $13,200. That is nearly four years of Pro. The point of tracking cost weekly is that you see the drift while there is still something you can do about it.
- 1Margin at bid against margin forecast, every week
- 2The trade that is spending faster than it is progressing, named
- 3Variations priced and approved before the work happens
The gap you can still close. Cost tracking shows it in week three, not at the final reconciliation.
